Delivery across Ukraine

Valencia online store delivers its products throughout Ukraine via Nova Poshta (within 1-3 days). The cost of delivery of the order to the post office is calculated from the cost of the product (roughly UAH 89).

Orders for the amount of UAH 3,500 or more. - delivery is free.

Delivery by Nova Poshta courier for orders over UAH 5,000. - free of charge.

*Please note: orders are stored at the Nova Poshta branch for 5 working days after receipt. At the end of the five-day storage period, the parcel is automatically returned to the sender.

Payment options:

• Payment by payment card online on the website
• Payment upon receipt at the post office
• Transfer of funds to the Privat Card
• Payment on account (if you are an LLC)
