Avoid hard contact (i.e. hitting objects) that could scratch or chip the crystal.

  Gently polish the product with a soft, lint-free cloth or clean it by hand with warm water. Do not soak crystal products in water.
  Dry with a soft, lint-free cloth for maximum shine.
  Avoid contact with hard, abrasive materials and glass/window cleaners.
