Swarovski Guarantee

Every original Swarovski product you purchase comes with a certificate of warranty, stamped with the store's stamp and date of purchase. This certificate entitles you to up to two years of warranty service at any Swarovski boutique worldwide.

The original Swarovski product was designed using stones filigree cut in the best traditions of Swarovski craftsmanship in strict accordance with the highest standards of quality throughout the manufacturing process.

Warranty obligations

We warrant that the Goods are of merchantable quality and that the Goods are free from defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. No additional warranty is provided.

The warranty period is two years from the date of receipt of the Goods.

This warranty does not cover damage to the Goods due to accident, mishandling, modification, attempted repair, negligence after purchase, normal wear and tear, tear and/or failure to follow care instructions for the Goods.

In the unlikely event that your Goods are found to be defective under the terms of this warranty, please contact your nearest Swarovski store. You will be required to provide proof of purchase (Certificate of Authenticity). You will be offered a choice between a replacement Product, if any, or a full refund.
